Century Construction built a 17,250 square foot 3-story building addition and a porte-cochere. The construction materials included conventional steel construction with a cast stone, dryvit and brick façade. In addition, Century renovated approximately 100,000 square feet of interior space. A library, reception area, video recording studio and kitchen/cafeteria were added during the renovations. Substantial upgrades to the existing transformers and switch gear equipment were required. At the end of the project, Century installed a Kugel fountain representing the Earth near the entrance to the building.
