Century Construction constructed a 54,000 square foot office, manufacturing and warehouse facility. In order to achieve long span bays, Century used Butler Manufacturing Company's Landmark Building System. The exterior wall finishes consist of split-face masonry units, flat Thermawall wall panel system, Shadwall wall panel system and aluminum storefront system. The MR-24 Standing Seam Roof Panel System was used as the roof with inner flange roof curbs to handle the large mechanical units. In addition, the paint storage building unit was designed with explosion release fasteners for the wall panels.
