Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church - Richmond, VA

Century Construction added a 7,526 square foot new sanctuary building and a 962 square foot entry vestibule to the front of the existing church. The scope of work included relocating a large exterior crucifix along with furnishing and installing a new steeple. The construction materials included conventional steel and wood framing, split-face masonry and dryvit walls, and fiberglass shingles. In addition, the old sanctuary was converted into a fellowship hall, and the basement was converted into a social hall. Interior finishes in the new sanctuary are millwork trim, ceramic floor tile, carpet and faux wall finishes.
