Starting with Century right out of college, Stuart rose from controller to president in just 15 years. Chairman since 2000, he sets goals and objectives for all aspects of our business. His primary focus is to make Century a well-run business, in addition to being a good builder.

Mark G. Meland, President
Mark oversees all operational aspects of Century. He works with owners and design professionals at all stages from preliminary planning to final pricing.

William G. Hollowell, Executive Vice President
Bill coordinates project managers, as well as managing complex projects for AT&T, Suntrust, Verizon and others. Prior to joining Century, he worked on high-rise construction in Atlanta, Chicago and Minneapolis.

Thomas B. Carswell, Vice President - Finance & Administration
Tom oversees all aspects of Century's finances, bonding, insurance, human resources and information systems. Prior to joining Century, he worked for 14 years in commercial lending with GE and Ford.

Neil A. Palmer, Vice President - Sales
Neil is responsible for sales, marketing and estimating. In addition, he is responsible for coordinating preconstruction services and design-build projects. Prior to joining Century, Neil was structural engineer and sales manager for Butler Manufacturing Company.
