Mark G. Meland
President
As chief executive, Mark brings thirty years of construction experience to work every day. He monitors all estimates and projects and has a solid record in project planning, cost development and value engineering. Owners and architects enjoy working with Mark and his signature achievement is that each year 75% of our business comes from repeat clients. Prior to joining Century in 1985, Mark worked in mechanical contracting in Philadelphia. He is a native of Richmond and civil engineering graduate of Virginia Tech |

William G. Hollowell
Executive Vice President
Bill leads construction operations, including coordinating managers, quality control, scheduling and safety. Committed to strategic planning and project structure, he has also estimated and managed office construction, sports, aquatics, medical, museum, church, retail and other complex projects. Prior to joining Century in 1994, Bill worked in high-rise construction in Atlanta, Chicago and Minneapolis. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and the University of Colorado and has been a licensed Professional Engineer since 1989. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional. |

NEIL PALMER
Leed AP, Vice President
Neil has been in the construction industry since 1986. At Century Construction, Neil oversees pre-construction and estimating services. Over the past 15 years, Neil has provided pre-construction services for numerous construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000 in construction value.
Neil works closely with owner representatives, architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers during design development. His primary goal is to provide quality construction while maintaining the owner’s budget. Prior to joining Century in 1997, Neil was employed by Butler Manufacturing Company holding several positions including design engineer, sales engineer and regional sales manager. Neil is a civil engineering graduate from Virginia Tech and a LEED Accredited Professional. |
