Century Construction designed and constructed a 30,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility. In addition, 2,500 square feet of second floor office space was framed inside the shell of the building. The structural system consisted of Butler Manufacturing Company's Widespan Building System for the building shell and conventional steel framing for the second floor. The exterior wall features include aluminum framed exterior storefront system, Stywall II Texture-Cote Wall Panel System (around the office area) and Shadowall Wall Panel System with 4 foot lite-panels. The roof is Butler's MR-24 Standing Seam Roof Panel System with a Galvalume finish.
