We were excited to celebrate the ribbon cutting on this project for M.C. Dean. We pushed the schedule to the limit on this ground up, 80,000 SF, pre-engineered metal building. We were able to complete the project on time with a compressed 6-month schedule from ground breaking to occupancy.

Steel is being set at our Corporate Aircraft Hanger/Aviation Headquarters project. This 46,000 SF Design Build, Butler Manufactured building will house multiple corporate aircraft, travel coordination office, maintenance division, and fuel farm.

First Baptist Renovation

First Baptist Church does great work ministering to our community through their Shower Ministry Program. We recently completed a rennovation to their shower/minstry space. The facility includes eight showers, including two that are handicap accessible. These areas include soap, shampoo, bathroom stalls, and a washer and dryer. We are thankful to have been apart of this project!

We are always humbled when subcontractors trust us to build their buildings. We have built Office+Shop buildings for JL Minter, Godsey & Son, and Hanover Specialties in the last couple years. These all took advantage of Butler’s Pre-engineered Metal Buildign Systems.

Completed over 50,000 SF demo and new build for Publix

Publix Super Markets at Westpark Sopping Center on Broad St is open! This was a complete demo and rebuild project. We completed the project on schedule even with the extreme amounts of precipitation over the last year. Here is a time-lapse video of the project.

100,000sf Industrial Metal Building

NAWIC “LOVE” sign built at Reynolds Community College

The Richmond Chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) built an awesome “LOVE” sign at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College Parham Campus. Our very own Candy Cecil (fifth from the left) helped make the sign a reality! It was made from various materials highlighting different building trades.
